Scope

Complete renovation of the interior and update the exterior to attract tenants and buyers. The building was fully leased upon completion of construction and sold to a new owner soon after occupancy. We are currently working with Woodbury Holdings, LLC to complete the final details on the common areas. Interior photographs will be posted upon completion.
