Scope

Anne Garbarine personally provided interior design and space planning to develop the corporate office for J.L. Moseley Company. 1040 Lincoln was a ground up project in Northwest Pasadena developed in 1994. The building has remained 100%leased since completion of construction. We have continued to provide enhancements and tenant improvements throughout the life of the building.
